From February 1-14, Global Pet Foods is asking Canadian pet parents to make a donation to help raise funds for local animal shelters across Canada. Each Global store selects a local shelter to support and every dollar donated during Show Us Your Heart goes directly to that local shelter.This year all three Global HRM stores have selected Litters ‘n Critters Animal Rescue as the recipient of the funds raised during Show Us Your Heart 2012 campaign. Litters ‘n Critters is a registered, not for profit, 100% volunteer animal rescue. They are not a shelter; all adoptable pets are placed with foster families across Nova Scotia until they find their forever homes.
